For the core ingredients of our signature soup bases, we’ve forged long-term exclusive partnerships with top-tier suppliers nationwide: The beef bones for our Chaoshan Beef Bone Broth hail from ecological ranches in eastern Guangdong, where cattle are hormone-free and free-range. Freshly slaughtered each morning, they’re delivered directly to stores to preserve the bone marrow’s rich nutrients. As for our Thai Tom Yum Broth, its lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves are sourced straight from northeastern Thailand—their intense, pure aroma, nurtured by the region’s tropical climate, is essential to capturing authentic Tom Yum flavor.
In terms of ingredient selection, we have almost stringent standards: beef is selected only from free-range yellow cattle aged 3-6 months. Beef in this age group is tender and has evenly distributed fat. After removing all the tendons and membranes, it is purely tender and soft to the taste. Seafood is transported directly from the coastal fishing port to the store every day. After arriving at the store, it undergoes multiple freshness tests to ensure that every shrimp and every shellfish is plump and full of freshness, preserving the true flavor of the ocean to the greatest extent.
